The CLP Senior Rep experience is like NO OTHER! It is designed for incoming 2026 seniors from all high schools in the surrounding Green Bay area.
What better way to start off your senior year than by making new friends, building your confidence, being part of a team, and engaging in unique opportunities!
Reps are more than just their pretty faces! They are expected to uphold professionalism, commitment to their community/school, and represent Cassandra Lee Photography during their high school senior year.

Incentives + Requirements
The Senior Rep incentives:
​
• Attend the meet and greet event + other senior rep events throughout the year, as your schedule allows. Typically these include the first spring meet up, summer meet up, winter meet up, and cap + gown session.
​
• Receive the senior style + location guide to help you prepare for your session.
​
• 1.5 hour senior portrait session that includes: All fully edited images and an online gallery with downloadable high resolution photos. Senior portrait sessions must be done before August 2025.
​
• Two complimentary sessions:

30 minute family/friend mini session the same day as your senior session.

Group cap + gown session before graduation with the other reps. Includes individual images with your cap + gown along with college gear.

• For every referral that the senior rep sends to Cassandra Lee Photography, $25 will be given back to the senior at the end of the year. A referral is defined as a senior portrait session booked with a signed contract and retainer. Weddings and other sessions booked will also count towards cash back. Senior reps name must be given when the referral is scheduling their session.

• The opportunity to model for additional styled shoots.
​
• Receive gifts throughout the year along with the chance to win additional prizes, cash, gift cards, and more as additional incentives.
The Senior Rep requirements:
​
• Pay $675 + tax, the cost of the normal 1.5 hour senior session. This is the only fee all year and the sessions that are included are worth over $1,500.
​
• The senior rep shall participate in at least one shoot with other senior reps throughout the duration of the program and will receive digital images/gifts from the shoots.
​
• Refer multiple people including friends and family.
​
• Post behind-the-scene photos and other session images on social media outlets. Tag Cassandra Lee Photography in the posts. Social media platforms include but are not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, VSCO, and Instagram.
• Social media posts will often include the hashtags #CassandraLeePhotography, #CLPseniors, #CLPsenior2025 and they will encourage followers/friends to book with the photographer.
• Reps will post a minimum of 2 posts/stories each month.

• Participate actively and respectfully in both online and in person events.
​
• Use Cassandra Lee Photography as the sole photographer for the duration of their senior year.
The Application Process

• Fill out and submit the application below by February 23rd, 2025.
​
• Seniors' parents/guardians will be notified first if chosen, followed by the senior. Please make sure it is okay that you apply as they will need to grant permission!
​
• If chosen, the CLP Senior Rep will receive a welcome letter in the mail shortly after.
​
• CLP Senior Reps will be ​chosen and notified by March 15th, 2025.
​
• The senior will then be in contact with Cassandra for more information on booking their senior session date. They will also help pick a date for the group meet and greet!
​
• If you are not chosen, don't worry! You will receive a special discount on your regular senior session. I would also love to keep in contact with you and will let you know if there are other opportunities to participate in!
